WEST ORANGE, NJ: CFC Consulting is mulling a list of five possible candidates as it reviews its dollars 250,000 PR account.
PR director Lisa Meyer confirmed that GCI Group, Fleishman-Hillard, and incumbent Sterling Hager are in the mix for the account. A decision will likely be made by mid-August.
Meyer said that increasing brand awareness is the number-one priority at CFC Consulting, the management consulting arm of Waltham, MA-based CFC.
She added that 15% of CFC's revenues are derived from its consulting operation.
Meyer did not rule out including more firms in the process, but said any interested firms should have strong hi-tech and professional services expertise. She also did not say whether CFC plans to compete against brand-name firms such as Arthur Andersen.
