May and currently has five people working under San Francisco GM Dan

Cahill.

According to Cahill, annual income from the combined new business will

fall within the range of dollars 500,000.

Travelscape.com is an online travel booking service operated by a

Palo Alto-based Neale-May & Partners for national campaigns and with Las

Vegas-based Swamp Rhino PR for local PR. They will continue to use Swamp

Rhino for the regional projects.

A leading provider of online health and medical information that

previously served as the backbone to sites such as WebMD.com and DrKoop.

com, Adam.com launched its own web site in May. Until now, they had been

using The Launch Company, a Concord, Massachusetts hi-tech firm

specializing in start-ups.
