Miami-based Becker Consulting Services.
While terms of the deal were not disclosed, the merger is not likely to
have been a costly one for Weber/RBB, with Becker boasting only four
employees. The combined agency now has 54 employees and 45 clients.
Becker president Jeanne Becker becomes EVP of Weber/RBB and will manage
Weber’s DotCom division, whose clients include World Commerce Online,
iTrainer. com and Singles Online. The DotCom division will also work
with all the groups within the firm to provide interactive PR

While Becker staffers have moved into Weber/RBB’s space, the Becker
Consulting name is not expected to disappear for another six to seven
