Clarke & Company has named Brian Delaney as its president.



Delaney, who has been with the firm since 1985, is taking over some of

the responsibilities of president from Terry Clarke, who retains the

position of chairman of the Clarke Communication Group.



According to Delaney, he will be in charge of developing the company’s

strategic direction and taking responsibility for new business.



Clarke, which had 1998 income of dollars 3,287,470, claims to have

experienced a 40% growth in its billings over the past six months.



The firm has added eight retainer crisis communications clients.
