NEW YORK: In a bid to increase industry visibility, the
Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) has expanded its relationship
with PR Newswire.
Under the renewed program, BIO members receive membership discounts,
press releases, web solutions and a dollars 500 crisis communications
voucher.
The program is open to current PRN customers who are also BIO members,
and does not entail increased costs to the organization, according to
PRN PR manager Renu Aldrich.
The agreement lasts for one year.
’PRN is committed to increasing the visibility of its BIO members,’ said
Pam Bartlett, national market manager for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology
and healthcare. Based in Washington, BIO represents over 850
organizations.
