BURLINGTON, VT: The Vermont Department of Public Service has hired
KSV Communicators to conduct a statewide outreach program to increase
awareness and usage of the Vermont Telecommunications Relay Service
(VTRS).
VTRS is a free relay system that provides telephone services for those
who are deaf, hard-of-hearing and speech-disabled. KSV began promoting
the relay service last month, and will conduct community outreach
through presentations, public service announcements and media
relations.
While KSV pitched against several other agencies to win the business,
the firm possibly benefited from its past project work on behalf of the
department of public service.
Other KSV clients include the Boy Scouts of America, McGill University,
Nordica USA and the Vermont Department of Economic Development. The
Burlington, VT- based agency was founded in 1977.
