BRIEFS

BOSTON: International consulting firm Smythe Dorward Lambert (SDL) has been selected by Boston musician Bleu to sponsor the release of A Bing Bang Holidang, a CD featuring some of Boston’s biggest rock names, including Dicky Barrett of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Kay Hanley of Letters to Cleo. The choice of SDL was reportedly based partially on the firm’s research about generational conflicts in the workplace. Proceeds for the CD will be donated to the Boston Institute for Arts Therapy, a local charity that provides therapy through the arts for the mentally handicapped, abandoned children, teenage mothers and other individuals in need.
