LiquidGolf.com, a new golf news and e-commerce web site, is swinging for the greens with the hiring of well-known golf marketing specialist Holly Geoghegan as SVP of marketing and communications. One of the founding partners of iGolf - the first all-golf web site, later purchased by Times-Mirror - Geoghegan has also served as director of communications for the Ladies Professional Golf Association and as a consultant on the launch of The Golf Channel, a golf-only cable network.
