Rule 5 wins Virgin Money cycling festival

Virgin Money Cyclone, a four-day cycling festival to be staged in the North East in June 2014, has appointed Manchester-based agency Rule 5 to an awareness-raising brief.

Work commences with immediate effect with Rule 5 tasked with driving participation in the event, which caters for both competitive and non-competitive riders.

The agency will also be responsible for developing the event’s social media platforms and delivering a community engagement programme.
