A colleague always shows a lot of cleavage. I think that it reinforces sexist PR stereotypes. Should I tell her?
There is behavioural economic evidence that good-looking people do better in life. Your colleague may be confusing looking good with showing a lot of the goods.
She will not thank you for telling her what you think, so try instead to drop subtle PR style hints. For example, as she passes your desk remark to no one in particular: "Hmmm, is it cold in here?"
It may not solve the problem, but it will definitely warm up the office atmosphere.
