Former Grayling chief Nigel Kennedy acquires majority stake in Commucan

Former Grayling Group chief executive Nigel Kennedy has acquired the 'boutique' PR consultancy he helped to establish.

Commucan launched in 2010 as a joint venture between creative agency MBA and design and branding consultancy Creative Leap with Kennedy as an adviser and chairman.

Kennedy has now acquired a majority stake in the consultancy and moved it from Clerkenwell to new offices in Somerset House. Creative Leap has retained a stake in the company.
