Former ING Bank equity capital markets director joins EM

EM, the Russia-focused financial PR business spun out of M:Communications, has added to its London and Moscow teams.

Jeroen van de Crommenacker joins EM's London head office as a senior capital markets adviser. He has more than 10 years' ECM and M&A experience at ING Bank, helping to raise more than $10bn across more than 100 transactions for landmark issuers out of Russia, CIS and CEE.

In Moscow, EM has hired former journalist Sian Glaessner, who joins having previously worked as an editor at RIA Novosti in Moscow, and before that as a journalist at the BBC in London covering Russia.
