EM, the Russia-focused financial PR business spun out of M:Communications, has added to its London and Moscow teams.
Jeroen van de Crommenacker joins EM's London head office as a senior capital markets adviser. He has more than 10 years' ECM and M&A experience at ING Bank, helping to raise more than $10bn across more than 100 transactions for landmark issuers out of Russia, CIS and CEE.
Tom Blackwell, CEO of EM, said: "With his years of capital markets experience advising Russian and CIS companies at the highest level in and after transactions, Jeroen adds a new dimension and additional depth to our already market-leading IR advisory team."
In Moscow, EM has hired former journalist Sian Glaessner, who joins having previously worked as an editor at RIA Novosti in Moscow, and before that as a journalist at the BBC in London covering Russia.
