Hotwire MD Alex MacLaverty has been promoted to group managing director, UK, and will oversee the UK operations of both Hotwire and 33 Digital.
MacLaverty will lead the 82-strong UK team and manage its leadership team of Hotwire deputy MD Emma Hazen and 33 Digital UK MD Peter Sigrist.
She will continue to report to global CEO Brendon Craigie, who described her as "a great leader, client adviser, businesswoman and a team player".
The appointment comes seven months after the exit of UK chief executive Drew Benvie and Hotwire deputy MD Giles Peddy.
