FTI Consulting’s strategic comms arm has been appointed to handle comms for the forthcoming US$1bn (£630m) IPO of Russia’s Tinkov Credit Systems.
The deal, which is expected to be completed in November, will put the company's post-deal market capitalisation at $2.6bn-$3.2bn.
FTI was appointed after a competitive pitch and the team being led by Maria Shiryaevskaya in FTI’s Moscow office and Larisa Millings in London.
TCS Bank is a provider of online retail financial services operating in Russia, launched in 2007 by Russian entrepreneur Oleg Tinkov.
