The judges of the Brand Republic Future 5 Awards, a project to highlight the most experimental marketing campaigns, have chosen a 15-strong shortlist.
‘What unites many on our shortlist is the creation of something – whether it be an event or a more multi-channel piece of activity – that succeeds in attracting consumer attention because of its originality,’ said Claire Beale, brand editor of PRWeek’s sister title Marketing and chair of the Future 5 judges. ‘This year’s Future 5 proves that this is the era of content marketing.’
The winners of the five categories – The Big Idea, Data & Planning, Audience Participation, Brand Collaboration and Tech Innovation – will be revealed in Marketing and on the awards website in November. The initiative has been created in conjunction with the Octopus Group.
