Gleeson specialises in house building on brownfield land in the North of England with a particular emphasis on low-cost homes, and in enhancing the value of land options by achieving residential planning consents on greenfield sites, primarily in the South of England.
Earlier this month the house builder said it expected its full-year profits to be ‘materially ahead of market expectations’ after selling 406 homes in the year – a 44 per cent increase on 2012.
