Irish comms agency Thinkhouse targets UK business

An Irish comms agency with Lynx and Coca-Cola on its books has won work to boost its UK business after opening a London office.

Thinkhouse has landed a social media management and strategy brief in the UK from one of its domestic clients, pizza brand Goodfella's.

Social media for the brand, owned by the 2 Sisters Food Group, was previously handled as an extension of its PR by Cow PR.

Thinkhouse's UK office in Shoreditch, east London, is led by managing director Emily Cramp, who was previously an associate director in the Ireland office.

The UK offshoot is also providing the in-house team of Movember, the men's cancer charity, with social media training. Movember has been Thinkhouse's charity of choice for five years.

Thinkhouse's 32 staff in Ireland also service eBay, Coors Light and 3 Mobile.

It has operated in the country for 11 years and is focused on helping consumer brands reach a youth audience.

Cramp said: 'We have frequently been asked about our capabilities in the UK, which, until now, we haven't been ready to explore.'
