Joining the Glasshouse Partnership in new roles will be Sophie Brooks, former owner of Zeitgeist Consultancy, and Tesco’s group corporate sustainability manager Eleanor Turner.

Brooks, who joins as consultant director, takes a lead role across the existing client portfolio, with a focus on integrating the division more closely into the Lexis core offering.

Her move follows 20 years in corporate comms and CSR, including time spent as MD of AugustOne Communications, and as sustainability strategist for Microsoft.

Before joining Glasshouse, she also completed an MSc in Climate Change and Development from the University of Reading.

Turner joins as senior associate director. Before her four years at Tesco she worked at Mandate (now MHP), as well as the European Parliament and House of Commons.

She will lead the Glasshouse team on a day-to-day basis and deliver multi-channel campaigns across all clients.

Lexis CEO Jason Gallucci said: ‘As brand and corporation scrutiny continues, organisations are increasingly defined by stakeholders' demands for integrity and transparency. We are therefore seeing increased client demand for creative content and storytelling to bring the corporate responsibility journey to life. Adding new skills to the team allows us to capitalise on a growing and increasingly important market.’
