The luxury lifestyle agency has appointed Noble, who left WS last July, as managing director.
The agency is part of Quintessentially Group, which was founded in 2000 and includes luxury holidays, property and publishing in its portfolio.
Co-founder Ben Elliott said Noble would play a key role in the agency as it seeks to serve 'brands looking to drive engagement with the luxury lifestyle global audience'.
Noble was vice-chairman of Weber Shandwick for nearly two years after leaving her UK CEO role at Cohn & Wolfe in May 2010.
