handler Tim Donnelly Smith this week set up Mental Communications - a PR
agency that aims to 'provide clients with service from senior staff at
The pair, who claim they are close to signing up their first clients,
are vowing that any growth they experience will not lead to accounts
being serviced by junior staff.
Waldron-Davies said: 'We believe clients should be able to exploit
senior peoples' experience.
'We will take on juniors but we will commit as much time as possible to
our clients and grow from the top not the bottom,' he added.
The new agency also hopes to provide value by exploiting
non-conventional PR opportunities and taking what Waldron-Davies
described as a 'cerebral' approach, as suggested by its name.
