MEDIA BRIEFS: First-Time Buyer magazine launched

FIRST-TIME BUYER: A consumer title for first-time property

purchasers has been launched by Edinburgh-based The Media Company

Publications. First-Time Buyer has a print-run of 47,000. In addition to

reviewing new products and services, the title will carry features on

furnishing and decoration. The publisher plans to sell 25,000 copies in

the first month, rising to 35,000 by summer 2002.
