PUBLIC SECTOR: The London Borough of Ealing has appointed Candy
Stern as head of publications. She reports to, and deputises for,
communications director Clive Caseley and joins from conference
specialists CMP Information. She replaces Toni McConville, who left
earlier in the year to join the London Borough of Brent as director of
communications and consultation.
