Soho-based Ceviche has called in the agency to develop high-profile campaigns for projects in December and next year.
Work on the brief will begin straight away, with its 24 Days of Christmas campaign and winter menu.
However, longer-term work will include raising the profile of the restaurant, founder Martin Morales and head chef Gregor Funcke in the build-up to the launch of Ceviche: Peruvian Kitchen – The Cookbook next summer.
DawBell will also support releases for Tiger’s Milk Records, the restaurant’s record label, with plans to issue a series of singles that highlight vintage periods in Peru’s musical history.
The appointment comes as DawBell seeks to grow its brands division alongside its core music and entertainment roster.
Richard Dawes, MD for DawBell, said: ‘There is a massive appetite for authentic new cuisines and the close-knit Ceviche team offers precisely that.
He added: ‘The addition to the DawBell roster complements our existing client base and we can't wait to get started on the campaigns.’
Morales is owner of Ceviche, and a former Apple, EMI and Disney executive.
He said the new projects were an attempt to build on a strong launch earlier this year and would include the opening of a new restaurant next year.
