The agency expects to exceed its 2012 revenue growth target of seven per cent.

C&W put a new global leadership board in place to drive new business. New hires included Jim Joseph as president in North America, Roberto Gonzalez as president in Mexico and Charlotte Chunawala as CEO in India.

The agency set a strategic priority to expand its footprint in Asia, which was a key growth driver and focus throughout 2012. It opened offices in Jakarta, Mumbai and Delhi, and acquired two agencies, adding new offices in Hong Kong and Singapore.

The London office turned its attention to its public affairs offering, opening its first dedicated practice, C&W Political Counsel.
