The company has called in Forster as it looks for marketing consultancy and advice to support the firm's growth. The agency will start work straight away, with the project covering analysis of the market and stakeholder research.
Activity will include preparing a compelling brand story, as well as developing a 12-month comms plan.
Implementation of the new strategy will begin in January 2013, with Forster Communications assisting for the initial stages of the roll out.
Sarah Burrows, director at Diversity Travel, said: 'We are immensely proud of how far Diversity Travel has come in the first five years but recognise that we need to continue to evolve if we are to sustain the growth the company is currently enjoying.'
Peter Gilheany, director of Forster, said: 'Diversity Travel is an ambitious and ethical business that helps charities manage difficult travel plans, such as last-minute changes or specific requirements for disabled staff members.
'We will be working closely with Diversity Travel during the coming months to look at ways to make the most of existing assets and create new marketing campaigns to help it showcase its offering in a competitive market.'
