Coca-Cola Schweppes has taken on consumer PR agency Henry's House
to drive the relaunch of the Schweppes line of drinks.
The agency's brief centres on rejuvenating the brand, focusing on
building a profile for the beverages in 'agenda-setting metropolitan
bars'.
The agency has enjoyed success in such areas in the past - most notably
its long-standing consumer deal with vodka brand Absolut.
PR work for the Schweppes brand was previously handled in-house, but
with a new ad campaign set for the end of the year, the decision was
made to take a more proactive PR approach.
Henry's House directors Julian Henry and Pippa Strutt head the account,
reporting to the brand's marketing manager Liz Lowe and Coca-Cola Great
Britain director of communications Andrew Coker.
Henry's House is responsible for the full brand portfolio, which
includes lemonade, mineral water and mixers, for the duration of the
relaunch, with a review of the PR function scheduled to follow.
