PUBLIC SECTOR: DTW to review comms at Derby City Council

Derby City Council has appointed Cleveland-based agency DTW to

undertake a communications review. The council was told by Development

Agency inspectors to improve its PR provision and strategy last July.

DTW, which will report to the council's PR manager, Theresa Knight, has

previously carried out similar reviews at Chester City Council, Durham

County Council and Sefton Council. The account, for a 34-day contract,

was won after a three-way pitch. A three-strong team, headed by DTW

director Robin Treacher will do the work.
