EMEA regional director Rowan Benecke will move to New York to take up the same role for North America, replacing Scott Friedman who will leave at the end of the month.

Cecile Missildine will replace Benecke as EMEA regional director. She served as a managing consultant in Paris, oversaw business operations for Text100's Northern Europe offices, and led the firm's France and Benelux offices.

Sarah MacKenzie will be promoted to executive vice-president EMEA when she returns from maternity leave in October. MacKenzie was previously EMEA North director, overseeing offices in London, Stockholm and Copenhagen.

In the Asia-Pacific region Anne Costello will take over as regional director, a role she shared with Stephen Murphy, who will also leave the firm at the end of November. Costello was previously regional director of South Asia and SVP.

Friedman and Murphy are leaving to pursue other opportunities, said Text100 CEO Aedhmar Hynes.

Jeremy Woolf, global digital practice lead in Hong Kong, will move to New York, and Peter DiBart, former SVP and group creative director for digital at Edelman, will serve as digital practice lead for North America.

'We are putting more emphasis on hiring this kind of talent, and putting it in the US market,' said Hynes.
