film specialist Falco Ink, and TV and theatre publicists Joy Sapieka

MMG acquired Corbett & Keen - which handled the UK publicity campaign

Harriet Baker-Bates, a senior publicist at the new company, said the aim

was to offer a 'one-stop entertainment industry creative shop', together

with existing MMG companies the audio-visual agency Picture Production

Company and design agency North Creative.

Premier PR will open an office in Los Angeles, run by Pamela

Godwin-Austen, formerly SV-P at Dennis Davidson Associates. In London,

the agency will be led by Chris Paton, Ginger Corbett, Sara Keene and

Joy Sapieka.

The agency also has plans to open in Asia-Pacific.
