The Hale-based consultancy will be responsible for the college's media relations, providing the establishment with a press office to publicise its calendar of events.
Peppermint will help to build awareness of the college and its facilities on a regional and national level through a combination of traditional PR and creative campaigns.

Peppermint joint MD Jean-Philippe Glaskie said: 'Our aim is to cement the college's reputation as the establishment of choice for vocational learning in the North West.'
The news follows the opening of the college's £70m town centre campus.
Bolton College provides vocational training to enhance the qualifications, skills and employability of students.
It offers more than 800 fulland part-time courses, delivered at seven main centres in and around the Bolton area.
