Opinion: Letters of the Week - Campaign piece about PIP implants was in poor taste

As a member of the Official PIP Campaign UK and a woman affected by ill health caused by PIP implants, I would like to draw attention to your piece 'Top solicitor keeps abreast of PIP issue' (Campaigns, PRWeek 15 June).

The feedback to the article has been anger at the inappropriate use of wordplay and the 'bragging' of the PR agency involved. Several thousand women are unable to afford the surgery to have these implants removed. How comforted they must be to read that Good Relations Wales was given a budget of £7,000 to ensure Hugh James was the most high profile solicitor involved.
