Strategy and plan
The agency released a statement from Harvey and organised interviews for him. It also worked with the legal team to build up a bank of clients across the UK, who were willing to speak to the media as case studies, and brokered interviews with broadcast and print outlets for Harvey and his clients.
Measurement and evaluation
The campaign secured high-profile coverage for the solicitors in print, broadcast and online media worldwide, including Sky News, BBC, CNN, France 24, The Guardian, Daily Mail and The New York Times.
Visits to the Hugh James website more than doubled to nearly 40,000 during the campaign period.
