Brazen’s remit will cover driving product coverage for the cake range, generating social media content and gaining national media coverage through a PR stunt.
Jenna Heinz, McVitie’s senior brand manager, said: ‘Brazen brought to life our campaign with a mix of creative ideas and news that we feel will really grab the media’s attention and capture the mood of the nation.’
Brazen owner Nina Webb added: ‘We are on board to amplify elements of the planned activity to ensure cut-through in what’s going to be a noisy period. Our campaign will aim to position McVitie’s cakes as the only cakes to celebrate with this summer.’
