Artem, which employs over a hundred full-time and freelance staff in workshops in London and Glasgow, has awarded a one-year retained PR contract to TPR to promote its work across a wide range of sectors including television, film, commercials, music videos and museums.
The 25-year-old company is also behind the animated characters in the adverts for Unilever’s Peperami and music videos for groups such as the Chemical Brothers. In addition, it has worked with artist Damien Hirst.
While it is looking to build its profile as a market leader in special effects in the UK, the company also wants to attract more work from abroad, in particular the Middle East museum market and the US film and TV market.
