INTERNATIONAL: Dublin to be first overseas office for Beattie Media

DUBLIN: Beattie Media is to expand overseas with the creation of an

office in Ireland.

A Dublin bureau is to open within the next two months and will be run by

a yet-to-be-appointed 'big hitter', with whom contract negotiations are

currently underway.

Founder and CEO Gordon Beattie has also revealed plans to roll out ten

overseas offices during the 'next few years'.

'We're targeting the world's business capitals,' he said. 'I don't mean

Athens and Prague - I mean New York and Frankfurt.'

Hewlett-Packard is among existing clients that already use Beattie Media

for work in Ireland. Other clients include Specsavers, Bank of Scotland

and Agilent Technologies.

'The sectors growing the most for us at the moment are IT, financial,

life sciences work and also consumer,' added Beattie.

Dublin will be the ninth office in Glasgow-headquartered Beattie Media's
