Maister launches B2B visual comms agency Broadview

Former Medialink senior V-P Stuart Maister has launched a B2B

visual communications agency.

Maister, a former TV and radio journalist, left Medialink earlier this

year. He had formed TV consultancy The London Bureau before selling it

to Medialink three years ago.

His latest venture, BroadView, is funded by himself and two investors.

It will enable client companies to use online broadcasting techniques to

target their stakeholders.

The service will 'narrowcast key messages to key audiences' - internal

comms departments, the investment community, business customers and

suppliers and stakeholders.

Maister said that in addition to its core service it will offer creative

online programming and reach external audiences using broadcast media

where appropriate.

'A lot of online webcasting is very raw. Broadview will identify

clients' commercial objectives and then create sophisticated online

programming such as online forums, interactive online video and

showcasing,' Maister said.

'The key to the service is that it is editorially driven.'
