How would you sum up 2011 at your agency?

An excellent year in which turnover grew, staff numbers increased by 12; we expanded to a second office floor and built a vibrant digital and production offering

What was your agency’s high point of 2011?

Building our own bespoke digital and production facility and hitting the 4 million turnover mark

What was the low point?

The relegation of West Ham United, a long-term client

Influential journalist Neil McLeod, new creative and technical staff in the flourishing digital division, brand new expert production team  and our record year for internal promotions

Its almost impossible we’ve had an amazing year:

  2. a4e, the welfare to work organisation
  3. Genting Casinos

What were your most exciting client wins of 2011?

LighterLife and Pauline Quirke, Disney Club Penguin, Qatar World Cup Bid

We broke through the £4 million turnover barrier for the first time

Trends and growth in the use of videos plus a growing influence of expert bloggers

Reached 500,000 in one weekend, while LighterLife's Facebook page averages 25% engagement every month.

What’s your priority for the agency this year?

Our priority is to continue upward growth with the ultimate aim of being in the top 10 privately-owned PR companies in the UK
