The Communication Group has bagged real estate giant Lasalle
Investment Management's pounds 300,000 pan-European PR account.
The account was won following a three-way pitch. TCG corporate managing
director Michael Hayman leads a six-strong team, based in London, which
will co-ordinate the campaign.
Assisting the team will be agencies from across Europe affiliated with
TCG, through its network of partners called the Entente Partnership.
Hayman said that although the client is already well known as a large
and successful firm, he wants to see more publicity given to the
company's research work.
LaSalle has a 20-strong strategy and research team which, it is hoped,
will be the subject of greater coverage.
Hayman said: 'We want to position the company as a market leader,
especially in terms of its expertise and commitment to research. That is
the message we will be getting out to the media.'
He added that he also aims to raise the profile of the company's senior
executives and is considering a roadshow aimed at increasing the links
between them and the media.
PR was previously handled in-house and through agencies employed on a
