The Carers' National Association has appointed Spencer Landor to
revamp its image. The agency won the brief after a six-way pitch.
Creative partner John Spencer heads a five-strong team at Spencer Landor
and reports to CNA media manager Rory Hegarty. 'The name was causing
confusion. We have found that people didn't really know what we do. We
hope this revamp will change that,' said Hegarty. A new-look image will
be unveiled this autumn. The CNA represents six million unpaid carers,
who look after relatives and friends. It was created 13 years ago
following a merger between the Association of Carers and the National
Council of Carers.
