Eulogy made the move in order to deal with ‘increased demand from clients for cohesive strategies covering the two creative/media centres of the world’.
The new partnership will launch with two clients – The Brand Union and MEC, part of GroupM.
Eulogy MD Lara Leventhal said: ‘We’ve been looking at the best way to enhance the services we offer our clients in the US market for some time.
‘In our discussions with DGC it became apparent there was not only a complementary culture but a common skill set. The media, advertising, marketing services and digital communities are themselves seeking out global opportunities and need PR support which mirrors this. This announcement also supports Eulogy’s international growth strategy.’
The Brand Union CEO, UK and Ireland Toby Southgate said: ‘This partnership will enact a seamless approach to our UK and US PR campaigns, and makes perfect commercial sense for our business.’
