Shirley takes CEO mantle as Gnash growth continues

Gnash, the fastest-growing agency in this year's PRWeek Top 150,

has restructured its senior management as a result of its rapid

expansion.



Founder Narda Shirley becomes CEO and will concentrate on strategy.

Fellow board directors Rebecca Oatley and Nancy Prendergast become

joint-MDs and assume responsibility for day-to-day management.



'Our challenge is to continue to migrate our experience of building

cornerstone new economy brands into effective communications campaigns

for established brands,' said Shirley.



The agency works for companies including lastminute. com, excite and

letsbuyit.com.



Prendergast confirmed the agency was also looking to expand on its

present corporate, consumer and B2B offerings.
