The brief, with annual fees of pounds 500,000, was awarded after a

Text 100's brief includes localised operations with TeleCity's arms in
the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.
Strategic planning, positioning, internal communications, speaker bureau
and analyst relations will be delivered by the newly-formed Text 100
Internal Communication Strategy team, ICS.
'TeleCity was seeking to consolidate its hybrid of agencies and bring
its communications under one structure,' said Text 100 ICS consultant
Paul de Lara.
De Lara will lead a team of five on the account, reporting to TeleCity
European sales and marketing manager Glenn Tookey.
'The brief includes support to help TeleCity define the right balance
between local and central activity,' said de Lara.
'The aim is to ensure the programme is implemented in the most
cost-effective way by avoiding duplication of activity by different
countries, and defining and managing a consistent message across the
region,' he added.
