The deal, for an undisclosed sum, provides Golin/Harris with its first
specialised brand offering.

London-based Springpoint, which is headed by co-founders Fiona Gilmore
and Mark Pearce, will continue under the same name and trade as an
autonomous business, avoiding any client conflict issues.
Springpoint joins Golin/ Harris's growing network in the UK, which
includes public affairs, financial and corporate PR firm Ludgate, which
merged with Golin/Harris last June (PRWeek, 23 June).
Gilmore co-founded Springpoint in 1991 and has since grown the agency
into a 50-strong team with clients including soup firm Campbell's and
the British Tourist Authority.
