Financial Dynamics has been selected as the Teacher Training
Agency's retained agency for the next three years.
After a competitive pitch believed to have involved four agencies, FD -
which has handled the remit for nine months - was offered the
David Lloyd, MD of FD's corporate division, heads a team of four and
reports to TTA acting communications director, Phil Pendleton.
Lloyd said key target groups in the campaign would be postgraduate
students, second careerists, ethnic minorities and the disabled.
Since October last year, the TTA has been promoting its latest strategy
in conjunction with FD and ad agency McCann Eriksson, with the slogan,
'Those who can, teach'.
The Government has helped the campaign by offering 'golden hello'
incentives to recruits and childcare support to parents wanting to
FD is close to naming a replacement for director of communications Anna
Campopiano, who left last month to become communications director at QA,
the renamed IT training company formerly known as Skillsgroup.
