PRWeek sets up a Forum for senior industry figures

PRWeek is to launch a major networking and meetings-based event for

the industry's most senior communications and PR directors.

The inaugural PRWeek Forum, which will run from 12-14 November, will

feature a series of debates chaired by leading reputation management and

corporate comms advisers including Lord Bell, PricewaterhouseCoopers

director of reputation assurance Dr John Browne and Scottish Power

director of corporate communications Dominic Fry.

The event will enable comms heads from FTSE 100 and other blue-chip

companies to meet with key consultancies and service providers.

Fifty delegates will be invited to attend from organisations with a PR

budget in excess of pounds 500,000. Those attending will notify the

organisers of categories of services they are interested in, allowing

meetings between the parties to be pre-arranged.

The event is to be held at Belton Woods Hotel in Lincolnshire. Companies

wishing to participate should contact contact Cathy McDonagh on 020 8267

4110. Delegate enquires should be directed to 01920 444 202.
