WPP's internal communications network has hired a former financial
and corporate PRO to its board.
David Tarsh joined Enterprise XP as a director last week. He reports to
CEO Brian Shepherd and is tasked with building internal communications
into the package for existing clients and winning fresh briefs.
XP consists of WPP's existing internal communications agency, Banner
McBride, together with new media firm Clever Media and Belgian training
'We prefer to call it 'brand engagement',' Tarsh said. 'But it is
internal communications insofar as we are trying to align people within
an organisation to the values of their brand.'
Tarsh spent three years as an account manager at Valin Pollen. He has
had a wide-ranging communications career, including time at Saatchi &
