She will be based in London, working closely with the agency's Moscow office to grow its business in the region.
Kogut-Millings joins from comms consultancy Shared Value, where she has been a partner since 2006, advising major emerging market and Russian publicly traded companies on their capital markets comms, including ten international floats.
Also joining FTI Consulting's Russia & CIS practice is Dmitry Sulima, a vice-president based in Moscow. He will focus on corporate comms and public affairs.
He was formerly head of public affairs at the Special Enterprise Zones company of the Russian Ministry for Economic Development.
