Flack: (saving) on expenses - Riverside Studios, London W6

Reviewer - Matt Chandler, account manager, Siren PR

- What is it good for?

It is the unofficial meeting point for PROs, marketers and stars of stage and screen inhabiting the buzzy production space. From rib-eye steaks to Greek meze platters, there is high-quality food at reasonable prices.

- Signature dishes

For a quick lunch try the trademark fish and hand-cut chips. The vegetarian tart with mixed green leaves, or hazelnut-crusted goats' cheese with caramelised pear, walnut and watercress salad, are great if you want something lighter.

- Who's the boss?

Head chef Erica Hines has been at the helm for ten months and won a 2011 Off West End Theatre Award for the best foodie experience in north west London.

- Tips please

A spot on the terrace overlooking the Thames can't be beaten for a client meeting. Inside, the scenery is always changing, with rotating paintings by independent artists.

- What's the damage?

Starters and appetisers range from £4 to £7. Main courses are priced between £8 and £15.
