The consumer PR agency, set up in 2009 by former Shine Communications creative director Rana Reeves, also walked away with the boutique and specialist consultancy of the year gongs and not-for-profit campaign of the year.
The event – the PR industry's 'Oscars' – took place at Grosvenor House on London's Park Lane, hosted by former No.10 comms director Alastair Campbell.
More than 1,200 senior industry professionals turned out to see Blackpool FC manager Ian Holloway collect his trophy for Communicator of the Year, while Clarence House comms secretary Paddy Harverson accepted his accolade – PR Professional of the Year.
Kaper was awarded New Consultancy of the Year, Ketchum won International Consultancy of the Year and Private Sector Department of the Year went to EDF Energy.
Campaign of the Year went to Clarion Communications and Lakeside Shopping Centre for the Lakeside's Living Christmas Fairy campaign.
