Tomes pleaded guilty to defrauding her former agency last month. She was handed the sentence on Tuesday, and was ordered to do 250 hours of unpaid work.

The sentence has been suspended for 12 months, meaning Tomes will escape jail - unless she reoffends.

She must also pay £4,600 compensation to the agency's co-founders Matt Glass and Charli Morgan, which amounts to the cash she has defrauded.

Tomes now runs her own agency Fresh Milk PR.
